With all-inclusive wedding packages that can be tailored to meet your personal requirements, our dedicated wedding team are delighted to create and deliver your dream wedding. Our Group Executive Chef Adam Birtles, is also appreciative to work with you in providing the perfect menu to accompany your day. From canapes on arrival, shared antipasto platters, gourmet three course meals or specific cuisines.

Questions & Answers

We are happy for you to use the remaining spend to upgrade your food, beverages or on the bar for spirits.  This must be confirmed when you pay your final balance three weeks prior to your wedding.

There is ample parking with 40 spots located in our adjoining car park and 206 directly across the road. Parking is metered until 6.00pm and accepts credit cards. There is also parking up Parriwi Road adjacent to Orso.

Any changes to numbers made after your final payment will not be refunded. 1 weeks’ notice for any cancellations is required to use that spend on food or beverage items.

We cater for all dietary requirements; you will be required to provide the guests name, table number and requirements. We provide each dietary requirement with their own dietary card to be placed in front of them on the night (this also assists our staff). Please note, you do not have to select your meals based on special dietary requirements as our Chef will create meals entirely specific to the guest’s requirement.

Yes, we have a children’s menu available at a cost of $50.00 per child. Children will receive chicken + mash potato followed by an ice-cream with topping. The children’s menu will be served at the same time as the adult’s entrée. A three-course kids menu is available for $70.00pp

We also have a teenage meal available which is the adult menu without alcohol, valid for 13-17 year olds – this is charged at $10-$20.00 less than the adult’s package price. **this reduction in price depends on the package and not applicable to lunch weddings, private functions and special promotions – full price applies

*Please note, we are flexible with the children/teenagers ages so if you have a 10 year old who would prefer the teenage meal, that’s fine.

Yes, we are flexible with our menu and our chef would love to work with you.

Yes, please ask for a copy of our beverage package which has all the upgrade costs.

Yes, however this needs to be organised with your events coordinator in advance and a food contamination food will need to be completed.

If you are providing tables runners, we do ask for these to be delivered up to a week before your wedding as they need to be laid on the tables before we set.
We require a copy of any supplier’s public liability insurance for all outsourced suppliers e.g. florist, photographer, videographer etc.

Suppliers are welcome to bump in 2 hours prior to your function, if we don’t have a function on beforehand, we can organise an earlier bump-in time.
All items need to be bumped out on the night at the conclusion of the event
We require a copy of all suppliers’ public liability insurance.

We do ask that everything is taken from the venue at the conclusion of the event
(leftover cake, gifts, gift table items, vases etc).
All suppliers are required to return at the conclusion of the event to pack-up, for example: vases.

We will advise access times the week prior to your event. The minimum amount of time as per your booking agreement is 2 hours, however this can be flexible based on bookings. Please liaise with your events coordinator about this.

You are more than welcome to provide your own band. Your band must provide a copy of their public liability insurance.  We do not refund money if you choose not to use the DJ.

Guests are welcome to smoke on the deck (at the discretion of the couple) otherwise they can smoke in the carpark.

They receive a main course with drinks at a charge of $55.00 each.

Of course; depending on your numbers we could advise how big of a photobooth to get. We do require a copy of their public liability insurance.

Yes, our venue is all one level and we can arrange access to a disabled toilet.

We highly recommend you leave Orso by boat – it’s a fabulous send off! We use Water Taxis Combined (www.watertaxiscombined.com.au) who provides a water taxi to take you into the city or Manly. Please note, the use of the wharf is restricted boat arrival/ farewell and guests are not permitted to eat or drink out there due to licensing. Please note that the water taxi transport is NOT included in your package and needs to be booked by you.
